im hoping somebody has had dealings with cougar on here and could help
thanks a lot in advance

stay firm with them..blood can not be drawn from a stone and if they did take you to court the judge would order them what you have offered if what you have is reasonable...keep your cool and tell them you will only deal with them in writing..ten times a day is harassment..send them the stop it letter from off here..good luck.. i am sure someone who knows the way to deal with these will post shortly..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
Sorry, I am not of much help, but there are letters on here that you can send to them asking them to stop them harassing you, and ask them to only communicate with you in writting0
-
Does anyone have a link to these "stop" letters? I couldn't find them by searching...
Thanks.0 -

They are all horrible on the phone, it's why it's best to never talk to them on the phone. Might be worth reading this? https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2719675I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.
