another letter this morning (obviously havent received my offer letter)
slightly less threatening but mentioned if i dont settle with them they will sell the debt to a door to door collection agent
i inadvertnly answered there call yesterday and the guy was rude and aggresive i told him i would not answer anymore phone calls and will deal in writing only, he then hung up on me!0 -
no phone calls today or yesterday
i presume a written reply will be here soon0 -
right here is there reply
"the repayment offer outlined in your recent communication with us is unacceptable. It is not within the guidelines laid down by our client.
We would ask that you reconsider your situation and come back to us with an improved proposal."
Right i need help it how to phrase my next offer, obviously i can up it a touch but help appreciated as to how to put that correctly
