    Yes - unless the "hardware maintenance engineer", who replenishes the machine with paper, has also dozed off.

    yes culex i did send the letter about no phone calls e.t.c

    if they are still ringing me this time nice week i will send another letter

    and still i wait and again somewhat predictably one phone call mid afternoon
  • If it makes you feel any better, I have no reply to my CCA request and after asking for communication to be in writing only, I also did send on Friday the harrassment letter. So far I still had an average of 3-5 texts and calls a day :mad:

    I think CFS are just ignoring the requests.

    well no news is good news

    the first day since they have taken over the debt i havent had one phone call or text

    this either means they have written back to me with some good news or more likely they just forgot!
