Has anyone tried workout DVDs with kettle weights?
Are they any good?
I do the 30 shred DVD - but nothing with weights so wondering if I did it would help shift some more lbs.
kettle bells are a great way to mix cardio and resistance training together, there especially effective for people who are time poor and for ladies who want to tone and not build a lot of mass
there not very effective for people whose main focus is mass building.0 -

I would also be really interested in any recommendations. I have started using the kettle bells at the gym, but not really sure I am getting the most out of them. I have been searching and there seems to be so many DVDs to choose from.
I have been considering buying a 6 kg KB and DVD from this site http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk/kettlebells_/10246_0c.html?gclid=CNiN7Jf6r6kCFQNP4Qod1iIHLA. I like the look of the Ironcore Kettlebell workout 3 as it says it is a 20 min as it says it only needs 1 KB. Not sure whether you really need to have worked through DVD's 1 and 2 first though. If anyone has used these DVDs I would be really interested.

:rotfl::rotfl:What I read was instead of her having her usual fry-up for breakfast, she'll have an omelette instead not an omelette diet :rotfl: She looks good thoughSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:
