Lolly - I havent! I may look in my local morrisons though if a weighted one is only £2.50! Bargain. Let me know if you see any results.

This week is a lot harder than the last - enegy levels have decreased for the exercise I did last week. I am wondering what method next to keep motivated?

If you follow a programme, you'll want to see it through to the end ;) For instance, I am doing Insanity 60 day programme at the moment (2nd time round) and if I feel like snuggling up in bed in the mornings, I soon jump out knowing I have to do that day's workout :j

Has anyone tried workout DVDs with kettle weights?

    Are they any good?

I do the 30 shred DVD - but nothing with weights so wondering if I did it would help shift some more lbs.

Matryoshka - thanks for your reply and info about what you do. I think I might have seen the Insanity programme advertised on television - pretty tough? Well three days left before recording weight again so I'll have to have a good think and decide soon.
