If you follow a programme, you'll want to see it through to the end
For instance, I am doing Insanity 60 day programme at the moment (2nd time round) and if I feel like snuggling up in bed in the mornings, I soon jump out knowing I have to do that day's workout :j SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES

Has anyone tried workout DVDs with kettle weights?
Are they any good?
I do the 30 shred DVD - but nothing with weights so wondering if I did it would help shift some more lbs.0 -
Matryoshka - thanks for your reply and info about what you do. I think I might have seen the Insanity programme advertised on television - pretty tough? Well three days left before recording weight again so I'll have to have a good think and decide soon.0
