Hey everyone,
Hi Fredula - welcome to the thread! :j I have the calorie bible as well - I love that book!
Vix - Did you ever buy a hula hoop? I got one today, from Morrisons of all places! They have really big ones that are weighted (which is supposed to be better?) for £2.50!!! Now I just need to figure out how to hula hoop!
Well I got back on the scales today and that awful gain has disappearedFeeling more positive about the diet now, even bought some clothes today in anticipation of losing some more weight. I'm inbetween sizes so opted for the lower size as I WILL fit into them soon!
Bought them from Tesco -all womenswear is half price today and tomorrow if anyone's interested. It includes bags and shoes, but jewellery and accessories are excluded.
Fred - Can you please add 110 flights, which makes 358 flights in total, or 2983 ft.0 -
Life after RM is bl00dy marvellous. The exercise I am missing tho. Knees have been really bad for the past few weeks, hence very little exercise. New fella in my life too, who loves me as I am, even if I don't
Not had a great start as I had a lot of nervous energy, so ended up in kitchen baking, now to resist the temptation of eating it all
4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -

Hi all,
Just thought I'd pop my nose through the door to say hello. I totally forgot to weigh in and report for the chart this week. It was a 1lb gain anyway, so nothing to report home about.
I've just caught up with everyone's news/chat/newbies. Hello to new members of the thread, good luck with your weight loss journey, and you'll find lots of support on here from the more regular members.
I've been immersed in Cake World here. I did a local festival last w/end for 2 days, and the cakes sold really well. This week I've been making a character cake (Pokemon). I've not been much of a model maker before, but by golly this has honed my skills. Delivery is tomorrow, and it's looking good so far. I got great feedback from the press launch I did, and I've been paid too - bonus!
All this has got in the way of getting to the gym, and irregular working hours are still playing havoc with eating plan. Like today, I didn't down tools until 8pm, yesterday I was baking before 8am. I have a quieter week planned for next week, so I'll definitely be back in the gym then.
Right, off to bed for me now, as I'm baking early tomorrow morning too.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
