  • Hi Fredsnail - could you clock 3.5 miles walking and 19.01 miles on the exercise bike (would have kept going if I'd known I was so close to 20 miles, but couldn't work it out from the km). Thanks :)

I'm really annoyed with the weather - I had planned to go for a nice walk today, but instead I have sat inside and barely moved

Weigh in tomorrow and I have a strong feeling that it's going to be another disappointing week - I have done my exercise bike 5 days, and have done some walking, but barely moved over the weekend. Eating, I don't know. My one 'bad' thing was a tunnocks tea cake, but I've had a lot of carbs and I made soup today that was too salty, so I will probably be retaining water. I'm getting a bit fed up of this whole thing to be quite honest.

In cheerier news, I put a deposit down on a lovely little 10 year old fiesta yesterday - great wee runner, and it's pretty and red :T Meant to be hearing from the trader tomorrow, so hopefully he comes through and I can pick it up on Tuesday. Can't wait!

Hope everyone had a lovely weekend!

I need to get one of them heart monitors. Whenever I'm doing Insanity, Shaun T keeps on saying, "check your heart rate; check your heart rate" but I can't check mine :rotfl:

  • I lost 4.2lbs this week :j Meaning I have lost 34lbs in the last 11 (I think) weeks. Only a million more to go!

Some of that is making up for the 1lb I lost last week, I must have been a bit bloated on weigh in day - but I did work harder this week, and only had one 'bad' thing.

I seriously hope that I can keep it up this week!

Went to the hospital this morning for my blood pressure check. The nurse said, "you've put on 3 kilos since the last time we saw you". I said, "that can't be right. It's completely impossible. I've worked my butt off and eating right how can I have put on that much weight?" I was really cross actually which of course, made my BP reading high.

The nurse saw I was upset so she doubly checked the last record entered and saw she'd been reading the wrong bladdie thing. I'm actually 3KG LIGHTER than when I was last seen. Told her I knew something was wrong somewhere.

Anyway, Doc has decided to put me on High BP tablets. Told him I was rather disappointed as I'm working my ar5e off, drinking loads more water and eating healthily and still can't get my BP down :(

Beanie, well done to your DS.

Sary, cake looks awesome as always !!!!

Not having a great week 1, had to make an emergency trip down south at weekend, you know what it's like in motorway service areas, BK or KFC, one as bad as the other, so think I might be as well starting next week :(

I'm having a problem with stuffing my face at the moment. Not insurmountable I imagine but I'm a bit fed up with myself.

Hey guys. I'm feeling pretty good at the mo, i'm craving with the old period but i am being good. I was tempted to have a galaxy ripple but i talked myself out of it!

I've worked to work and back, and hopefully i'll get to the gym on friday so i'll have done two gym sesh's a week, which is what i'm aiming for.

Maryoshka: Haha! How could she have said that much heavier, you would have been thin as a rake before! No wonder your bp is high after that.
