3 miles walk and 10 miles on the bike today
however been lazy all week and didn't go to the gym
pretty good foodwise anyway, still having dark chocolate a bit too often but not as bad as eating 4 pieces of chocolate cake or 3 bags of m&ms at once ;P
I WILL keep going0 -
Fred, can you put me down for STS? Stupid totm, but so thankful it wasn't a gain. Also, can you change my exercise challenge to one circuit only and add a further 233ft. Reason why is cos i dont think im gonna be able to do 2 full circuits, as besides exercise im so busy at work and then i've gotta pack and get ready for the big holiday.0

Just thought that I would let you know that Holland and Barrett have whey protein powder half price at the moment, at £14.99. I often have them for breakfast, made with soya milk (lower carb than dairy milk) when I am in a hurry. They really fill me up until lunch!0

Dawn French has lost anywhere between 3 and 5 stone in a year. She looks much better - but 5 stone is 70lbs, and 3 stone is 42lbs.
Both achievable in a year with a healthy eating, more exercise approach - ask Alliwant or Eric who both lost more than that last year. Not a gastric band or bypass in sight.
Faddy diets help no one long term except the people who peddle them.
Thanks for your kind words FredI just had a look at the photo's and she already looks different. Maybe soon I will need to look at finding some before and after shots myself
but I am a little embarrassed

It's completely impossible. I've worked my butt off and eating right how can I have put on that much weight?" I was really cross actually which of course, made my BP reading high.
The nurse saw I was upset so she doubly checked the last record entered and saw she'd been reading the wrong bladdie thing. I'm actually 3KG LIGHTER than when I was last seen. Told her I knew something was wrong somewhere.
Anyway, Doc has decided to put me on High BP tablets. Told him I was rather disappointed as I'm working my ar5e off, drinking loads more water and eating healthily and still can't get my BP down
OMG  I would have seriously lost my cool with her. No wonder your BP is raised. Did you ask about your tummy ? ( sorry if I am being too nosey) Well done on the 3kg loss and I can't believe you are doing infinity again  you are a crazy person :rotfl:
Fred can you add another 3.48 miles to my total thank youRestarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed
