I was ill all last week and lost my excess holiday weight as did not eat Monday to Wednesday. I don't recommend being ill as it was absolutely dreadful with the most awful headaches on top of a stomach bug/food poisoning, whatever it was.
However, now I've been eating again for a week but my appetite seems to have changed, so I am going to start weighing in again starting today. I'm hoping for half a stone off before my holidayNot Rachmaninov

I knew it as I was lazy and abandoned my gym workouts last week
no more "sins" for me then and more exercise... however I'm a bit worried that my tights are bulking uplike they weren't big enough already! not happy!

Great news about the car Tights! :j Have you picked it up yet? I'd quite like a red car, I've been looking at the new style Micras (so cute!!!) but I've yet to find one in red that has 4 doors

Well, I wasn't looking forward to weigh in today at all, woke up feeling really heavy and bloated which is never a good sign. Ended up being a 2lb loss, should have been more as I had already lost that by friday, but I'm happy with that as I was sure it would be a gain judging by how I felt this morning.
I'm still struggling for motivation. Even though I have plenty of things to aim for, I still can't find the same motivation I had in January. I'm now finding it such a chore, and my diet seems to be ruling my life as I think about nothing but food all day!!! :mad: I seem to be constantly hungry now I'm counting calories again, and probably eat more now than I did when I wasn't logging it!
OK, moan over. On to another subject... MUST EXERCISE TODAY!!! Been meaning to for days, I've got a few good Wii workout games so keep telling myself that I'll do it later, but never do. Burnt 500 cals on the bike last night (first time I've been on in nearly two weeks!), so that's a start. Need to continue tonight!0 -

I'm so happy that I am back where I was before all those Birthday Parties and weekends away. I had 5 people tell me yesterday that I am looking fantastic which was just what I needed as was starting to feel a little demoralised ( I know I am silly but with YO YO ing over the past 4 weeks) That brought me back to realityMatryoshka wrote: »Booked the doctor's appointment for Friday. Eric - That must of felt good someone telling you to stop loosing weight :T I know what that feels like. And well done on listening to your body you running machine you
Margaretclare - Wish I could help and give you some advice but the only thing I can think of is are you eating enough ? I know Eric says it a lot but if you are upping your activity you will need to up your food also to stop yourself going into starvation mode. But that is all I can think of (sorry no post cards)
