Had a lovely day today shopping and lunch with friends. It is the first time I have done this since loosing weight and being able to try on clothes in the shops my friends shop in
Tried on a lot of stuff but ended up buying some new jeans and some bra's. Found it quite funny that some of the stuff I tried on was too big :rotfl:
Fred - can you add 6.78 miles to my total please
Sary - Love the cake & glad you are being kept busy :TRestarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

6 miles on the bike yesterday... (little one didn't sleep for long enough)
gym still abandoned because I have my sister over for a week(from abroad and we haven't seen each other fo a long time so spending evenings with her) but I'm trying to keep using the bike every day AND I was extra good with my diet the last two days and the weight is falling down like mad!I MUST keep going with that now and don't get lost with chocolate and other naughty things again...
And will try to go swimming on Saturday too... Oh I'm soo excited when I see a good weight loss on my scales in the morningAlso just bought the Idiot-proof diet book and will read it again(and again and again) to keep motivated and inspired...

Lol, I kind of did! I had two rum and cokes and a bag of crisps, and was asleep at 10.30! We're both feeling better today, although that strange rash is still there. I guess it's harmless though.
Must get back on track today, I only did around 15 flights for the challenge yesterday so really need to do extra. I'm also determined to have a big exercise session later. Might do Zumba on the Wii, I've only done it once before and it was a killer!0 -
Yo Fred, please add on to my challenge please:
1 hour Crosstrainer - 6.88k/4.2 miles (541 calories)
Doctor's UPDATE:
The doctor doesn't think my bulging belly is anything medical :j She says my tummy muscles are weak after all dem pregnancies. I told her about my fitness regime and she says the tummy is usually the last place fat shifts and to keep at it or speak to a PT at the gym. She did say if I preferred, she would refer me to a physio. I'll stick with the Insanity Workout for now and if there's no change after this 2nd 6 weeks of it, I'll consider the physio (though unsure what they'll be able to do). She did say I had no stretchmarks but I detected a hint of "so not fair, she's got 5 kids with no stretchmarks and I've got one child and loads" in her voice :rotfl:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Ask Princess_x how you can download it for free off the web. I've no idea how to do it :rotfl:It could be worth £100 but it's not moneysaving is it? :rotfl:I got mine for freeSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Great to see you back mazza and hear your good news.:D
Beanie - great about ds's driving thingy.
Fred - could you zero me on the chart please. New challenge for self is to lose 8lbs to get back to my target weight. I've been having fun indulging in a little too many 'treats'.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Ok so I have managed to run my first 5km this evening and I feel
:D:D:j:j:j:D:D:D
My time is very very slow but the fact that I managed to do the 5km at all is a good thing.
I celebrated by buying Zumba for the Wii as it is on special offer at the moment. So tomorrow after work I am going to try it and see how uncoordinated I am :rotfl:
Matryoshka - Glad you went and got it checked. I agree that I am not sure what physio can do apart from recommend exercises. But you are already do the crazy workout round 2 :rotfl:
Brightonbelle - welcome back
Lolly - glad you and DS are feeling better today. Although the 2 rum and cokes sound niceI would still keep an eye on that rash though

We are having a family picnic tomorrow; I have just made the rounds of sandwiches for DH and DCs, and I have also have cold sausages, hard boiled eggs, slices of ham and cheese, chicken drumsticks, tomatoes, starwberries, apples, crisps and flapjacks. So I think that I will be able to have a lovely low carb picnic, just as long as it doesn't rain and I resist the crisps and flapjacks!0

Hey Hey!
I'm feeling good, but i'm annoyed that i seem to be putting anything bad for me in my mouth at present. I think its because i'm leaving, so i'm sort of living like i don't care about anything at the mo, bit of a constant party atmosphere going on! Bad Bad.
Maryoshka: Good news! I might ask someone at the gym what exercises i can do for my stomach, we should share the tips, see if they have anything good to say. The trouble is the blokes at the gym are all hot and buff (particularly one who is ALWAYS there) and to ask him would be really embarassing!0
