Hi all.... Been AWOL for a while, hoping you'll all welcome me back with open arms, open to the widest cos I've put on most of what I lost before
Stepped on the scales this morning and was totally in shock and disgusted with myself.
So off to Tesco to stock up on some nice healthy meals (puke) loads of fruit (puke) nice fat free yoghurts (puke). If i puke that easy I should lose weight in no time eh?
Haven't read through all the other posts yet, but nice to see some of the old faces still around on first glance4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Weighed in at -2.25 loss today Fred. This brings me under 16 stone for the first time in years, so feeling very pleased with myself. :j

83,0 kg this (that's +0,1kg from las week)
I knew it will happen as I really need to improve everything foodwise...
Proud of my exercise though and will definitely keep going...
got some of the protein powder and will try to use after gym when I don't fancy a "big" dinner... However I suspect my boyfriend will have more of it then I...
Anyway I feel really good and fitter as well...
Another question re eating: should I avoid dried fruit(prunes/apricots mainly)? Not that I eat a lot, but was thinking a small bag for an "on the go" snack or adding some when cooking? what do you think? are they too sugary? TIA0 -
Stepped on that doctor's surgery scales again this morning :rotfl:in my jeans etc and still 61kilos so STS Fred
I'm pretty pleased as it was TOTM so I'd rather stick than put on. Hopefully, it'll be a loss next week :j

hi every 1 i was having a bad feeling when i was going to scales be cause i just exercised for two days and then was having painful muscles so gave up but on the other hand i was not properly by trying to avoid unhealthy food as i am an asian and we asian are used to eat fried things and curries in evryday food so it was hard for me to stop myself from these tings but seriously avoided deep frid food and also few times the curries no choclates and biscuits from last one week tea with out sugar and was walking every day atleast 3 miles so result is 69.6 kg today. That's an loss of 1.4 kg since last Wednesday morning. which is exactely loss of 3.1lbs. i was totally surprised but happy too.£2012 in 2012 challenge £0.00/£2012---NSD15/15.0
