Hi, I am doing okay so far with this monthly challenge. I have been having lower calorie sweets made from gelatine; similar to very small jelly portions. This is because it has been my habit to wake up during the night several times and go to the fridge for (higher calorie) sweets.

Exercise is also going well. No idea about my weight loss/gain at the moment. If it is not "good", I wonder whether this will cause "what's the use of trying" attitude. As with bettyB, it'd be great to fit into my hardly worn pants.

boo :( birthsday cake (yummy :P)

BUT before I had it I've done 1 hour on the bike which is ca. 10 miles :D

Otherwise i'm very good, strawberries+greek youghurt, 2 mugs of coffe, prawns stir fry for lunch and maybe ham and soft cheese rolls for dinner...

Also very happy that I actually lost some weight over the weekend even though I haven't been that good, but done lots of exercise... :)

Plus 3,5 miles in the gym this evening :)

What is an acceptable percentage of carbs in the whey protein powders? Is ca. 13g/100g a lot? I think I will buy some for "emergency" breakfast but don't know which one... tia

Fred, can you put me down for a 3.7lbs loss. :D I am mega chuffed, as it means I've lost a third of my body weight so a total of 30kg which is 66lbs. I'm now 3kg away from getting to 9 stone. :) Can't believe it was only a short while ago that i was trying to get to 10 stone. I'm so pleased with myself. I think im going to try to aim to get to 50kg. I'm not sure if that'll be healthy as i'll have a bmi of 18.9 and i can't remember ever being that weight so not sure how it'll look, but i just want my thighs to go and body fat % to decrease. 50kg is just something to aim for to motivate myself, but obviously i don't particularly care for the anorexic look, so will stop once i feel im ready and once i think my thighs are small enough and obviously once body fat% is low enough, because if it's still high, then there'd be no point in the rest.

Can you also add an extra 583ft. to the exercise challenge. Cheers. :)
