Hope everyone had a good weekend

I have had a really bad week with regards to food and exercise - I have eaten too much and barely moved, and I have been stressed beyond belief, so really dreading weigh in tomorrow.
I did, however, pass my driving practical test on friday - first time with five minors - yay! But that has been one of the main stresses this week. I really hope I can get back on track next week, and that the results of my weigh in tomorrow don't deflate me too much. I am so scared that I am going to give up YET AGAIN, and stay fat for the rest of my life.
Oh, that was a bit dramatic
Just need to keep focussed...0 -

Edited to add: Thanks Fredsnail - I'm still a bit in shock! :rotfl:0 -
