How do I explain this :rotfl:You get down into a plank, then come up very quickly but bend as if touching your toes, back down into a plank, come up again etc etc. You count one when you come up.SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Hmm, I am interested in the protein shakes. I always ignored all of those sorts of things because assumed they'd be filled with rubbish, and ideally want to fill myself up with as many natural and unprocessed foods as I can. How does the protein shake fit in with 'eat how you would have eaten however many thousands of years ago' thing? Does it have similar proteins to that which we would have had in our diet at that time?
Also, I don't drink milk - can you mix it with water? And the flavoured ones, what kind of additives do they have compared to the unflavoured?
I wonder if I could have some mixed in with my porridge in the morning? Is it beneficial for everyone, and not just people trying to bulk up?
I just had a huge bowl of my homemade soup, and I'm now waiting to go into my 'one to one' with my boss :eek:0 -

Newbie here
Finally stepped on the scales last week (having put it off for several years) to find I am 2 stones heavier than I would like to be. TBH this came as no surprise considering I've gone up 2 dress sizes in the last 3 years.
So, here I am. I'll be trying to shed the weight the old-fashioned way: less food, more exercise (certainly couldn't be any less) and I'll keep tabs on my progress here.
My downfall is/are: wine, crisps, cake and a very sedentary lifestyle.
Progress so far:
Starting weight: 12st 13 3/4lb, today's weight 12st 10 3/4lb
Must be a bit of a starter's fluke, but I'll take it
