Been feeling rotten the last couple of days, so just went out for a small 3.83 mile run today. Brings my total to 45.34 miles...so close :)

My poor dog isn't well either, she seems to have strained her hip somehow, and was yelping and uncomfortable. She's been banned from walkies for the next few days, at least her tablets are beef flavoured :)

No, but the difference is that girl isn't ever going to read that post, where as Ted might.

Woohoo. Testimony to the fact that Insanity is absolutely wicked in increasing stamina, strength and speed. (Oooh the 3 S's :)) But also determination as each time you want to beat your previous score, and the stronger you get, the more energy you can pull in from yourself to do it.

How do you address your demons though?
I watch Supersize v: Superskinny and they seem to make psychological breakthroughs by looking at a small selection of old photos.
But in the real world do I have to know why I'm fat?
I start a diet (low carbs seems best to me) but can't keep it going more than a few hours. Hours.
I can't really understand why. I don't have unrealistic expectations but still.
I wonder if it's just plain greed and liking the taste of things rather than being caused by some hidden cause. I think I've eaten too much in every good and bad situation through my life!
    I just don't know.

Its difficult, now not everyone will have demons after all carb addiction and the affects of insulin are plenty enough reason to gain weight, but its very common for the morbidly obese+ to have them.

It probably took me 20 years to realise that the abusive childhood i went through was not my fault, and it took me 4 odd years to get my debts under control.

I think deep down if you have demon you will know what's making you miserable, being able to face them and deal with them is another matter thou.
