Vix you're cheeky:) I gave you an alternative that would save you 5 propoints...says her with her second gin in her hand;)
I did my first biggest loser sesh this morning-did a warm up (8 minutes) 20 minutes "light cardio" and a cool down.I put it in my ped that I was doing moderate, but next time I'll have to say hi because I was REALLY breathless...and sweaty.0 -
Congratulations everyone on the losses :T
I didn't manage my exercise bike today, but I did go on two walks that totalled 5.71 miles, so not all is lost. And I did 15.22 miles on my bike last night.
Food this week hasn't been great though, including lunch at McDonalds (that turned out to be 1300 calories ) and a take away pizza last night (although not from any well known chain, and piled high with veggies).
It's difficult, I beat myself up so much when I eat bad things, or if I don't exercise - so why do I keep eating bad things and skipping exercise sessions??
Despite missing bike today, I am still on target to beat my total miles cycled from last week, so guess it's ok. Who knows if I'll have lost anyting after the junk food incidents though :mad:0 -
Thanks guys
Miss you too granny!
Polka: Ha! I can't get an eton mess out of a vending machine unfortunately! Ohh i love Gin. I have it with lemonade though... I don't think i like tonic. Oh i would defo put high if you're breathless and sweaty!!!0 -
You must be a similar weight to me, that's about what I'd get on those online calculators for a 2lb/week loss (if sedentary). You'd think there would be a cut off if it goes below 1200ish where it tells you 2lb/week or even 1lb/week simply isn't a sensible target to aim for!
I see - so it is because I have more to lose that I get more calories. Agree there should be a cut off, some people might take it seriously and try to live on 507 cals
I am away for a few days. I am a bit worried that I will undue all that I have lost so far. I suppose I have to learn to fit it into my life, but know I will find it a struggle to stay on track. My plan is to fit in a long walk everyday and also thought I would take my Zumba DVD, although not sure what the people in the room below will think about someone my size stomping about upstairs.

Jess I went to Brighton my second week end on plan.I was terrified but I still lost 1lb-which was a big deal as we stayed in a hotel so EVERY SINGLE meal we had was at the hotel or a restuarant nearby.I did a whole lot of walking (including to the restuarants).
Vix I have that light indian tonic with it-the other thing Im enjoying for a drink is a wine spritzer,if I use "full fat" sprite its also only 2 points,so the same as a gin-and they taste really good too.But Ive not really wanted to drink much at all.Im still drinking the bottle of wine DH bought for me in Brighton.0 -
Well if i ever drink anything its either just one or two....or then it will jump to the point im drunk ha. Hate to think what calories i put away in a day when i've been drinking0

I put on weight while away on holiday, but it's coming off again. From 73.2 kg Wednesday, now 72.6 kg.
