Ok please sign up below to the challenge - same rules as previously - let me know how many circuits you are going to aim to do.

I'm signing up for the 5Ib challenge again and 2 circuits please (not that I understand what it's all about :rotfl:) ;)

Ooops my total didn't include Iceland to Ireland - revised total is 16.647 per circuit.

    Sorry lolly :o

That's fine, it's not too much further. :) Going to have a play on my bike today to try and figure out how long it will take per day.

Fred, i'm up for the challenge, sign me up. :D And put me down for 3 circuits for now though I'll probably do more. And of course the 5lb monthly challenge too.

I weighed myself on old scales today. Showed a 1lb loss. Still dunno whether it's accurate or not though, and even if it is, I think the body composition scale is much better as at least I'll be able to see if my body fat % drops. I haven't received it yet. Anyway, decided that i wont weigh myself now until monday 16th as that's when insanity phase 2 round 1 finishes and i start insanity phase 2 round 2 and maybe double up with p90x.

Anyway off to work now, boo hoo.

    Hi Fred,

Could you put me down for the -5 lb challenge and 2 circuits please.

As I am still having trouble with my knees I think I will alternate between walking, swimming and using the cross trainer to complete the challenge, if that's OK.

I get disheartened everytime I weigh in and it tells me I'm overweight :(

My target on the Wii is to get down to a normal BMI of 25 which is about 11 st 11.
Dont let it get you down.I have cerebral palsy so dont cope with exercise much, but Im aspiring to build up to every day of the working week at half an hour on the steps-which I really enjoy. But when I get on the board Steve hangs his head and reminds me Im obese.Im 14st5lb and a BMI of 33,although I dont take much stock in BMI at all for various reasons-not least that it doesnt take into account muscle at all.My husband has a high BMI,but he's in the gym two hours of everyday and is rock hard all round.

Fred could you put me down for the 5lb challenge please?Im not going to commit to any distance yet as I know Im not strong enough...but I do think I'll add the weight loss challenge to my signature.
  • Hi Polkadot, I am finding exercise difficult at the moment due to sore/stiff joints; currently being tested for rheumatoid arthritis.

So I have only tried the yoga on my Wii so far. I don't think that I could manage 2 circuits.

Thinking about what I eat instead of rice with meals, I have quinoa, salad, mashed cauliflower, and beansprouts are very nice.

There's no pressure on anyone to do any amount of circuits - I'm only doing 1 circuit, if some of you want to team up to do 1 circuit together that's fine too.

After my 1 hour Max Interval Circuit this morning which still kicks butt :rotfl:I went to the gym.

Please add to my Eurovision challenge please ;)

    1 hour - Crosstrainer - 9.61k/5.9miles (burnt 601calories)

I was full of energy (don't know why) as my average on the crosstrainer in an hour is usually 5k/3miles

Then I went on the exercise bike
    19 mins - Bike - 5k (burnt 116 calories)
