Lolly - I would start at Dublin as it's one of the western most countries.

Is anyone good at geography to sort the countries?

Well I'm terrible at geography!!! I've got a list of the countries taking part and have been trying to find them in my son's atlas but it's not going very well! :o We may be better sticking to single trips from London.

Thanks for trying Lolly I found a useful map and have managed to plot all the countries in a bit of a circle so here's the proposed list:

    Europeanlist2.jpg

Sorry it's in 2 bits - too many to get on 1 screen in a list :o

Totals are more manageable on this list - if we do 1000ths of the miles it's 16 miles.

If anyone wants to do more we can do 2 or 3 circuits - or I can add a mountain or 2 for people to climb :p

Wow, that is amazing Fred! :j

The distance of 15 miles also makes it a lot more do-able.

Now I just have to figure out how the distance counter works on my bike... and try to squeeze another challenge into my signature!

Good luck on that Lolly - give me spreadsheets and research over hunting to find the right setting!

Thankfully there was dross on TV tonight which made this appear to be very interesting :D

Ok please sign up below to the challenge - same rules as previously - let me know how many circuits you are going to aim to do.

If you want to be part of a duo or team to help you take part just let me know who your team mates are and I'll total all your distances together for you.

Ok, signature is sorted, although may completely 'redecorate' it soon as I'm getting bored of it, lol.

I've not checked the bike yet but will be optimistic and sign up for 3 circuits please, Fred.

Ooops my total didn't include Iceland to Ireland - revised total is 16.647 per circuit.

    Sorry lolly :o

Hello everyone! Can I sneak back in!
I've put back on about a stone and I'm getting unhappy with my body again, I need some motivation to get my hot bod back!
My brother got me the Wii Fit Plus for my birthday in Jan, and I don't seem to be making any progress, I get disheartened everytime I weigh in and it tells me I'm overweight :(

My target on the Wii is to get down to a normal BMI of 25 which is about 11 st 11. I think I'm about 12st 10 at the moment, but I'll weigh in properly on WI day.

Can someone remind me when WI day is again! I usually WI on a tuesday.
Happy to be back amongst you all!

Edit: Put me in for the 5lb a month challenge too!! :D

When you fancy something sweet ( I haven't had any chocs in over a month), what do you generally have which is not too fattening? Thanks.

I find pineapple solves my craving as it's really sweet.
