Post how long it took you to do a workout. For instance, if you went out jogging for 1 hour, 7 miles. Post 1 hour exercise (not the 7 miles as we are not doing distance challenge this month). HTH? ;)

    Good morning y'all,

Just finished my workout - 37 mins again, please Fred

The hip flexor and shoulder burner exercises really burns :rotfl:

I did 45 mins 50+ stretch-and-tone yesterday and half an hour swimming lesson this morning, that included 70 metres back stroke. My back stroke is actually improving - arm and shoulder muscles seem to be stronger and more flexible.

    I'm doing it for England!

Weight today is 72.8 kg and a week ago today it was 73.0 kg. Will see what it is tomorrow.

Hi all. I set my own goal from last Wednesday to burn off 3500 calories on an exercise bike which I completed yesterday. Generally this is supposed to be one pound of body fat - I wonder? It was tedious at first until my legs felt fitter and stronger. As with czerniacha, I do other tasks at the same time although my exercise bike is sturdy so maybe safer for this.

Seem to have moved away from previous weight gaining behaviour but do not trust that! Anymore in the England team or others yet? Good Luck.

Just been looking at some old diary entries. Around the time my younger daughter died, end of 2002/early 2003, I actually weighed 86 kg. That's approx 13 1/2 stones. I now weigh approx 11 1/4 stones which is still too much, but on the way down.

I may go to the pool again tomorrow lunchtime when it's adult swim'. I can do a few lengths of back stroke and add to the distance. Hope swimming is OK for the challenge? I can't do anything else, so if it isn't OK, too bad.

Well today is not off to a great start, S2 (there is no D for him today! :rotfl: Unless the D stands for dramatic!) is being a complete nightmare. He has a cold and we've barely slept for two days because of it, he is struggling to breathe with it (he has breathing problems anyway), and his nose is constantly runny, but I hardly dare wipe it as every time I do he launches into a 10 minute screaming session!!!
    AARRRGGGGHHHHHHH!

I've realised over the last few months (kinda knew before, but it wasn't that apparent) that I tend to eat when I'm stressed - I've wandered over to the fridge 6 times today! Everytime he has a screaming session (nose wipe time!), I have headed straight to the fridge. I've noticed I've been doing that a lot lately.

I don't always end up getting someting (usually pour a drink instead), but I do head for food when I'm stressed/annoyed/fed-up. Must make sure that I have healthy nibbles waiting for me instead of choccie bars and crisps!!!

lolly, I did that a couple of weeks ago.... gained 3lb! Although there was so much in the takeaway we had it for dinner 2 days running, and a lunch for the 3rd day! Waste not want not eh?

You definitely have a more sensible approach to takeaways than I do, Sary!
We always have too much, but I tend to have a huge binge, then throw the rest away - can't bear to look at it after my initial binge as I know how many cals (roughly!) are in it... and it ain't a pretty number, lol!

I've done the same thing! I've set myself 10,500 cals on the bike before we go on holiday - which is pretty ambitious as we go on the 18th, and I've only done 1800 so far! I do find it a lot easier to go on the bike than other things though as you can do other things while your on it - I wouldn't be able to spend so much time on it otherwise.

Welly lollylol, you've still got a lot of biking! Based on my own records, it would take me roughly 24.8 hours. I'd read the internet about your hol destination to pass time away (that's if your sure not to have an accident whilst doing so?). I also feel it is more productive to get other things sorted other than "fighting" the pedals/weight.
