 OMG! That just put me right of my lunch!
I'll have to keep that image in mind everytime I head to the fridge :rotfl:Welly lollylol, you've still got a lot of biking! Based on my own records, it would take me roughly 24.8 hours. I'd read the internet about your hol destination to pass time away (that's if your sure not to have an accident whilst doing so?). I also feel it is more productive to get other things sorted other than "fighting" the pedals/weight.
I think it will take me about that long too. It's definitely not an easy challenge! I always set quite tough challenges for myself though, as I don't think it's really a challenge if it's easy to complete!
I definitely won't be having an accident on my bike, I've got the safest (and laziest!) bike around, lol.I traded my 'proper' exercise bike in a few months ago for one of those ones that is just a base with the pedals, no seat or bars - so I do it sat on the sofa mostly! It is a lot easier to get on with other things on this one as I can have my work books spread out on the sofa within reach, and can easily lean over to grab something without worrying about toppling over!

lolly1o1 - Yes me too; extreme challenges if possible! However, they have to be new ideas too. I understand now about your bike (didn't want to suggest anything hazardous).0

Hi guys would like to be back to what my name suggests, I used to be a size 8-10 and within the last 12 months i've gone up to a size 14 and gained nearly 2 stone. I have some health scares and have started a part-time job working from home at sat at the desk working on a computer at home and no longer running around in my old job. I would despirately love to loose the weight im so depressed about everything lately and I know my own body image is getting me down. We came back from France less than 2 weeks ago and I have just put the photos into our family album, as its mine and my husband wedding anniversary 6 years on Saturday I looked over the photos and honey mood. I have to say I looked pretty damn good even though i've always been a shy person about my body, I looked at the photos from fance and it didn't look like the same person. My size 14 trousers and a little tight and I want to do something about this before my weight gets any heighter. I would be grateful for your help and would love to chat with people perhaps living near myself mansfield. I don't think i'll have chance to read over all this post but i'll try and keep up with your all. Thanks for the great board.0

Evening,
Thanks for the good wishes Beanie. It's been an OK Day 1. I've faltered, slightly, but by recent standards it's not been so bad.
I need all the blinking cake still in the house to go! I've got more baking to do this w/end, but I'm going to ensure I don't bake too much this time. Judging how much to make/will sell is a tricky balance. I'm going to go for fewer, and aim to sell out and go home cake-less.
I have managed to go the whole day without any bread, even wholemeal, which is a step in the right direction.
mealplan was:
B - apricot shredded wheat & banana
L - Savoury rice, with shredded chinese pork (small amount left over from last night)
D - Pasta and chicken, with tomato/mascapone sauce.
Snacks - leftover carrot cake, but it's got veg and sultanas in it, unrefined sugars and no butter, but veg oil, so that's healthy, right?
I've been sat here craving something sweet tonight. I know I have to bear with the next few days to get through the cravings, which will go away, and are just a knock on effect from the poor food choices I've been making. I hope they'll be better by next week.
I was pretty pleased that I conjured up a decent evening meal at short notice, as I'd not realised I needed to be at a meeting at 6pm until it was 5pm, so needed to get the family fed well before the hour was up.
I've already decided tomorow will either be sausages, or a baked potato for me. Meal planning is essential to ensure success. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Hi all. I set my own goal from last Wednesday to burn off 3500 calories on an exercise bike which I completed yesterday. Generally this is supposed to be one pound of body fat - I wonder? It was tedious at first until my legs felt fitter and stronger. As with czerniacha, I do other tasks at the same time although my exercise bike is sturdy so maybe safer for this.
Seem to have moved away from previous weight gaining behaviour but do not trust that! Anymore in the England team or others yet? Good Luck.
unfortunately in clinical trials this never works out
however you do get an addition calorie burn after you exercise and with resistance training it can last 48 hours0 -
