Hi the 24 hour exercise is this per week per month? I would love to join in with this. Thanks

:eek::eek: SOME might be insane :p but exercising 4 hours/day and one day off a week is a bit much especially if you work full time... :rotfl:

    24h/month of course :D

    -2 lbs for me Fred.

Also BMI now less than 30!

Very happy, although I hoped for more, need to improve my exercise regime, tough though as work, work at home and family take up so much time.

Well it's a 2lb gain for me this week. Not surprising, but still very depressing. :(

Eric Pisch - Yes others disagree with my 3500 calories burn idea. I knew other factors would prevent 1lb loss - just needed a goal/experiment really. All that time and biking mileage as well as other efforts meant :-

    fredsnail - STS.

    Thanks.

buring 3500 calories should burn 1lb of fat but it also depends on what your eating you'll never burn the 1lb off if you are over eating by even a little bit. Has to be both or doesn't work, my goal is low cal food and lots of exercise. Got me vanilla slimfast shake this morning for brekki and yummy it is too :D

This morning 72.8 kg, that's - 0.3 kg down from last week.

I may go to the pool for 'adult swim' at lunchtime and see how many lengths I can do back-stroke. If not today, then tomorrow.
