Well I'm feeling a bit more positive now, was quite fed up this morning. I knew a gain was coming, but it is just so annoying that one silly slip up can ruin all of your hard work.

Went for a drive this morning to Buxton and back (lots of long clear roads at the national speed limit ), just to clear my head, and to get DS2 (he deserves his D today, lol) to sleep as he didn't have a great night last night.
Now I'm back and ready for action! My bike has 2189 cals so far so I'm going to aim to get to at least 3000 today, and am treating myself to sushi for lunch. Not made it for ages, and I guess today is the perfect day for it as I have a whole week until next weigh in so don't have to worry too much about the salt affecting my results. :D

Eric Pisch - Yes others disagree with my 3500 calories burn idea. I knew other factors would prevent 1lb loss - just needed a goal/experiment really. All that time and biking mileage as well as other efforts meant :-

    fredsnail - STS.

    Thanks.

i have mapped my weight loss and calories intake each week for the last 18 months and not once has it ever come close to matching or even forming a pattern :rotfl:
  • Another STS Thanks Fred :D

Really happy with that as it means now 3 weeks with no change. I'm upping my exercise but also upped my food intake to go with it and I seem to be balancing nicely. Went out for a meal monday night so didn't exercise, I tried to make nice healthy choices but boy my belly is still telling me it didn't like it  Shame really that eating out is such an issue now, but I can't cope with fat and carp (as Eric calls it :D) like I used too.

    Exercise this week -
    Zumba Wii - 40 mins
    Surfing x 2 - 4 hours
    Running - 47 mins

    Thank you

Me too I have 18 months worth and If I could find a pattern it would of made life a lot easier. Have you got your treadmill fixed yet ?

Betty B - Great to hear from you. What have you decided to do food wise ?

Scary - I don't know how you manage to loose weight with all those lovely looking cakes you make. Hope you sell everything at the weekend
