Are we counting the 30th of june as part of this months challenge?
Today i have done 3 hours 3 minutes worth of exercise, didnt really do much yesterday as it was shopping and housework day. so even though i didnt sit around much, i didnt keep check on how much walking etc that i did.
I had some ice cream today after dinner, my mum brought it for the boys from iceland and it was toffe flavour, but was very sickly so even though there is still a big tub full in the freezer, i wont be having anymore, i will let the kids have it.
Hoping to get down into the next stone at next weigh in, would be great to be in the 15s (then the 14s, 13s, 12s etc)

been looking for a job for ages, just never seems to be any going where i live.
2 and a half hours of that was walking round a community party with the kids, 20 mins of zumba on the wii and 13 minutes boxing on wii fit. Only downside of all that walking was the bad sunburn i have to my shoulders and chest lolPAD Maker0 -

I ran for an hour with out stopping today, that's the most i have ever done in my life:T:T:T no idea how far i went as the treadmill is still !!!!!!ed, but as my HR was about 140 even on a 3% slope i am guessing was about 5mph
and this afternoon a drank a cup of caffeinated coffee :mad: first time i have had it in about 10 years, jeswus its messed me up, my face has gone purple, i got short of breath for about an hour and my heads thumping still 3 hours later..... why would anyone take this crap
and i appear to be retaining a tonne of water, can viral infections do this?0 -
a bit better today but still not what I should be doing...
just coffee with milk for breakfast and then we went to the seasideI'd say it was about 30 mins of walking I could count as exercise(only because I forgot my phone from the car and had to go back
) and then my very naughty lunch of a chicken burger and chips:o(only had a few though and gave the rest to my bf)... dinner will be roast chicken and salad which I didn't get to cook last night and only had a smoothie for dinner as I felt really bad after the dumplings...:o
Had a nice day anyway and some tan too
planning to do two or three hours of exercise tomorrow and be extra healthy too...0
