And I had a KitKat yesterday  but it was delicious :rotfl:I've now decided that I won't deprive myself of any 'treat' if I fancy it ;)

Not had juice/squash/cola since Lent - I gave it up for the 40 days and still not back on it :D I drink unsweetened tea or water.

Hey guys! I didn't have any carbs for dinner last night :) just scampi and salad (breadcrumbs don't count) ha.

I'm off to watch my friend do the race for life today, which i hope will be a sorcher and a grat opportunity for tanning! Its a bit cloudy at the mo though :( I hope it clears!

Have a good sunday folks! :)

Carbs: I had a total of 4 slices of wholemeal bread yesterday. 1 slice with boiled egg for breakfast then we were out, had a picnic lunch on the way, the remaining 3 slices.

Coming back, DH suggested 'a meal'. I really didn't want anything, just didn't feel hungry, but he wanted to go to a Little Chef. The only thing that really appealed to me from their entire menu was chicken and bacon salad, and it was delicious! However, literally everything else had either chips, baked potato or a chunk of bread with it.

    Rest day from Insanity today.

    Went to the gym:

    1 hour Aerobics

    45 mins Body Tone

    5 mins Power Plate

    Feel fantastic :j:j:j:j

Off out now on a Family Fun Day. God knows what food will be available there :rotfl:but I shan't stress over what I eat ;)

well the 10k is not gonna happen

took me 4 hours to get the treadmill working properly, looks like my belt needs replacing, i had to strip it and clean everything and re lube it...

by the time i was finished i hadn't eaten and it was hot and humid so I could only manage a 3.2 miles in 30 mins, HR was in the 170s at the end, shows how heat and humidity affects you, sweat is still pouring off me ... HR is taking an age to settle as well

This is the kind of bread we eat: http://www.hovisbakery.co.uk/hovis-range/granary/

So the 4 slices I ate yesterday amounted to: 66.8 g of carbs. I also ate a banana. Most of the rest was protein.

Friday and saturday was total write off days, yesterday i went to a kids party with my son and the temptation of sandwiches and mini pizzas worn me down and i did eat them, friday i had a bit of haggendaz (sp) ice cream and a cake as it was my sons school summer fair and again temptation gave in. today hasnt been too bad, havent done any real exercise but did go for a walk with the kids to the park. Will really go for it tomorrow, i have gone halves with my mum to buy the zumba game for the wii, so i will have that for about 2 weeks then she will have it and back again. i did one of the 20 minute classes on it yesterday morning and was really sweating by the end of it. So will probably do that again tomorrow along with a 2 mile walk to tesco and then back again and if ive got time i will do a bit of boxing etc on wii fit plus.
But looks like i might have a gain this week :(
