Hey Everyone,
Just nipping in to add to they challenge - adding 184 flights, so a total of 907 flights, 7558 ft. not going to make it this month, although I do think I was a bit ambitious to begin with! Not sure how much I've done as I can't remember how to convert ft to miles, but I think I must be on track to do 3 circuits by the end of the month - so not too bad.0 -
I always have three meals a day; worried about body going into starvation/fat storing mode if I don't eat regularly! In the mornings I often have a protein shake, fills me up till lunchtime. Lunch is salad with meat or fish or cheese. Dinner cooked usually, chicken, chops and green vegetables. I am a lower carber.0

Back from my weekend away... all exams passed so really happy, only one year to my MA
However I haven't been as good as plannedhad some carbs and chocolate(didn't go over the top though) and not enough veg as all the people I've been with weren't very keen on it...
Anyway back on track today and not a big appetite too... had two eggs with salmon and tomatoe for breakfast/lunch and roast chicken with beetroot salad for early dinner... lots of water too today which I really neglected over the weekend... never mind...looking forward to my 10 miles on the bike tomorrow and will be extra good foodwise as well... just hoping for sts on wednesday...

Hi all, another newbie here
Have decided that it is time to tackle the gradual accumulation of weight over the last 10 years, have done similar diets with WW and on my own but have always put it back on.
I am calorie counting to a point, can not do much about BH's dinners but am avoiding any snacks.
Have dug bike out of garage and as it is lighter at nights now have promised Son I will play football with him after work.

Found Insanity very hard going this morning
Don't know if it was because of the heat
Or because toddler kept me up half the night as he couldn't sleep 'cos of the heat
Or because TOTM started this morning
Or a combo of all the above
Felt quite faint at one point and had to lie on the floor :eek:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

You shouldn't overdo it and should always listen to what your body is telling you.
Btw hun, if you want to move up from Insanity, Shawn T has a newer workout called 'Asylum'. click here :rotfl:Looks much harder easierThis one seems more focused on stamina and speed and all that rather than targeting fat.
