Don't wait till your next bill cycle to leave Virgin. I spoke to Reya in the Philippians to day and she told me that I pay in arrears and not in advance so there for I still have to pay what I have used since my last payment. 
Anyway my bill was going up from 1st April to £10:43  a month for 5Gb (that I never use) and lovely Reya has gave me a new contract starting today for £6 a month with 5Gb. Thank You Reya.
