Does that just mean that you buy a "goodybag" and whatever you haven't used by the end of that month expires??
TIA!

yes indeedSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
"Goodybag" is giffgaff's name for a bundle.
Most PAYG providers offer optional bundles that you can buy if you wish. They last for a month, then expire.
Yes, PAYG with bundles is similar to a 1-month contract. The difference is that a contract needs 1-months's notice to cancel while a bundle you can simply stop buying.0 -

I have already posted the following on the Piggybacking thread earlier today but it occurred to me that the comment may be more helpful and reach a wider audience if repeated here:
"A company called Freedompop have been operating in the USA for some time. Last Summer they launched a beta service in the UK, piggybacking off of Three. Their basic service offers a free package of 200 mins, 200 texts and 200Mb of data. I have been using them since Sept 2015 and, as a low user, have found their service fine. In particular, their customer support, via a UK landline number, is excellent.
I am amazed that they are not included in MSE's Mobile piggybacking list. Equally amazing, I have not been able to find any coverage of them on MSE. FreedomPop runs on the Three network, so coverage and data speeds is great. For heavier users, extra amounts of talk, text and data can be purchased.
Their business model may result in them going the same way as other "free" providers in the past but they have been around for some time in the US. The word needs spreading in the UK!!!!"0 -
HI all,
I did a longer post here[/URL], but thought I'd ask here as this seems a better spot.
Basically, I want a phone and 2GB of data (that supports tethering) a month, on a monthly deal for £15 a month or less. Something like the 16BG Moto G 3rd gen or Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 would be great.
My landline and ISP is TalkTalk, I'm currently on prepay with Giff Gaff at £12 a month.
Any tips?0 -

Hi. I'm with EE, with a handset locked to them and my contract is about to expire. If I want to move to Life Mobile, who use EE's network, will I still need to unlock it?0
-
No, you won't, but possibly it's worth unlocking regardless.0
