    Hi Guys,

I am very pleased to hear that my post of my solicitor's details has helped someone else. If anyone else wants to get in contact then my solicitor is more than happy to help them. Please all bear in mind that if you do settle direct that you will not get as mush as using a solicitor. All i want is my loss of earnings but if you settle direct i am more than sure you wont get everything back.

I has anyone had a letter from Health & Safety from Harveys? because i thought AXA was dealing with the matter.

If anyone has any updates? it would be great to hear from you.

    Thanks
    Sean

    Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update on my position and others. I have today spoken with my solicitor who has informed me that four others have made contact with him about their injuries as a result of the fabric spray. I am very happy that my posting has helped to provide others with the help they require.

Please find below a blog for anyone that would like to get in touch with Joanthan Flattery at Express Solicitors, it also outlines information about the Fabric Spray sold by Harveys and manufactured by Mcklords.

Jonathan has been a great help so far and knows what he is doing.

    Thanks

Is there any real need to keep promoting this solicitor? Understand this is tough topic and I hope you get where you need to get with it but after reading this thread i'm not sure if your a consumer with a problem or a solicitor touting for trade........

I am not a solicitor but i am trying to help people that have been effected by a spray that has made a lot people ill. I don't want them to get away with it, if that's ok with you.

I have been very ill from the use of the spray and was off work for three and half months.

And as a result of posting the solicitor details four other have been helped. So yes i am promoting the solicitor to help others. I have only posted their details twice, however i will now let others make their own mind up about which way they want to go.

Sorry for trying to help others and sorry for being blunt.

    Thanks

    Hi Sean

Thanks for posting that thread,AXA have been in contact with me(twice)but as you have mentioned earlier, any offers of compensation will be much less than if i had employed a solicitor, so i have decided to use the same company as you.
Hopefully this painful incident can be resolved..(i have since had to take more time off work with severe chest pain!).
    Kind regards
    Mick

    Hi pitkin

Please be assured...This is a very distressing "problem"!.
The product that HARVEYS sold to us "consumers" was in fact highly toxic which should not have been sold to the general public!

I haven't for one moment try to make light of this situation, clearly something has gone on with this product to cause so many people to have such a bad reaction to it. Clearly the product isn't or shouldn't have been intended as an after market product but should have been applied during the manufacturer process anyway.

My comment was the fact that over the last 2 pages the solicitor has been touted on a few occasions, whilst this solicitor maybe the bees knees and hopefully he will get people what they deserve there is no real need for repeating of the details. People who are in a similar situation will read the thread and could PM or ask in the thread for more details regarding the solicitor rather than it being repeated over and over almost as if trying to sell someones OWN services, which is against forum rules!!

    Hi Pitkin2020,

I have made two posts with regards to the solicitor i don't get anything for it from the solicitor. what i do get is the satisfaction that i am helping others to with the use of the same solicitor. This benefits all concerned and this is why i have wrote the posts.

Furthermore i am not i am not selling my OWN services as you have put it and i have not broken any forum rules.

The question is why are you on this thread, have you been effected by the fabric spray?

I don't mean to be rude but how do we know who you are? I am able to prove that i am a consumer or you?

I was on the forum before i provided the solicitors details that have helped others. I not provided further details, due to the fact you are making out i am doing something wrong.

I am sorry for being blunt but i don't believe you know how serious this matter is.

    Thanks

    Sean
