  • sendit.com vouchers have not been devalued yet (a £10 voucher is 195 ipoints meaning 1 ipoint = 5.128p)

Get in quick before they put the price up, I have just ordered 2 x £10 vouchers to use up my points.
  • credited me 270 ipoints for riverbelle despite signing up in the month it was 350

This place is either in turmoil or is a racket, plain and simple.

I've been waiting 3 months for points to be credited as I was "saving up" for a £50 voucher for 1000 points.

I got fed up and fortunately I ordered £25 M&S vouchers for 510 points. The price in ipoints for such vouchers has just gone up by over a third, meaning that should my points that are owed ever turn up, they're next to useless in any case.

I wish I'd never wasted my time with these shysters.

One last go: I've emailed all on that list at ipoints 1. asking where my points are (again) and 2. suggesting that they honour their voucher prices for people that should have had points credited months ago.
  • This is Ipoints official response to the points increases and redemption problems. It'll either make you laugh or very very angry:

    Fulfillment issues
We have experienced significant fulfillment issues recently, including members not receiving their vouchers. In order to protect members from non-delivery, we are going to be sending all voucher orders out by special delivery (as they are effectively cash). Unfortunately has meant that we must increase the ipoints cost of the vouchers.

This additional charge of ipoints will be 80 ipoints above the previous value and is the same regardless of the voucher value.

Additionally, we have increased the minimum denomination of voucher orders from £25 to £30.

    Volume increases

High street vouchers have become very popular in recent months, leading to increased fulfillment costs, as they are one of the very few reward items that are handled and fulfilled internally at ipoints. As a result, members will require an additional 80 ipoints to claim a voucher (regardless of voucher value) to more fairly reflect the additional work.

Ah, the real problem is everything gets lost in the post and none of us can count. But never fear fellow idiots because...

We are going to be launching an extended catalogue in the coming weeks, with many more rewards, and far greater functionality that will make ordering and receiving a greater range of rewards much easier. We look forward to
offering this to our members, and we are sure that it will be make for an
even more attractive programme for everyone.

    Kind Regards

  • Has anyone received a voucher recently? Was it sent by Special Delivery or not?

But what about the additional 330 points for a £50 Amazon voucher, when they were sending them by e-mail (although it looks like they have gone back to sending postal vouchers now just to make delivery even slower....

I claimed a £10 leisure voucher on 5 Feb and received it within a few days. It was sent by ordinary post.
  • These boys are brilliant! I called them last week chasing up some tickets that hadn't been looked at for points due, they asked to e-mail in some more information which I did, I followed up today and they never got my e-mails!

Gave the extra info on the phone but was told it could be a week or two before I hear anything.
2p off is still 2p off!

Definatly seems you have to chase and chase until they do it.
