Had a reply from a Charlene Ebanks to a month old ticket regarding over 90 points missing from Oct/Nov surveys. The reply was "These points have already been credited. Kind regards." Oh no they haven't. So another ticket, another month, and probably another pathetic response. Seriously, this is not customer service, it's just a joke.0

anyone else having difficulty getting points from surveys.com credited? They promised to get mine sorted at the beginning of December, but nothing has shown up as yet.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I'm still waiting for the ipoints rewards from surveys.com. Have sent two tickets. the only response is 'queued'. Feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall! :mad:0

The points I've got missing are from email surveys directly promoted by ipoints. I've got some missing from Surveys.com as well though. It's worth contacting Surveys.com directly as they should be able to confirm the details of whatever they've passed on to ipoints. Sadly I know from past experience this does not necessarily mean ipoints will actually credit you with the points. Particularly now as the member support and communication with ipoints is effectively obsolete. If I were you I'd contact all the emails of ipoints staff given in this thread. That's what I'm doing.
At the moment ipoints don't seem able to award a significant proportion of earned points, don't seem to able to honour the redemptions for the points you do get, and currently offer no avenue or recourse to sort any of this mess out. Not good.0 -

I've just recently joined ipoints and transfered my points from Test and Vote. I have enough points for a £10 leisure vouchers. I've read about all the problems people are having so I wondered if anyone could advise me whether it is a good idea to order or should I use the points for moonpig?

drat - only just found this thread, and have emailed Stuart Roome earlier today!
I'm owed 404 points from last year, some for bingo sign up and various other things.. No reply to any help tickets, gettin a tad p'eed off :mad:
Have had them saying there's no trace of my click when trying to claim points missing in the past - very frustrating when you know you definately did sign thru them and have a load of crappy emails to prove you are signed up to whatever partner it is!!
Free points are a bit thin on the ground these days too.. had a survey for first time in months last week.. near to end I got the 'sorry, quota already met' - bye bye!0
