Things have improved slightly - after e-mailing everyone at ipoints have finally got a response, and 1,000 of the 3,470 ipoints I am owed have been added to my account. In the meantime, however, they have increased the points cost of Amazon vouchers by about a third - last week a £50 voucher was 1,000 ipoints, now it is 1,330.
Other rewards don't appear to be affected, so have ordered Dixons vouchers instead - 510 points for £25.0 -

I've read about all the problems people are having so I wondered if anyone could advise me whether it is a good idea to order or should I use the points for moonpig?
Thanks!
I use my T&V points to order leisure vouchers from Ipoints too
Ive never had a problem receiving my vouchers or points <touches wood>
just keep the email confirmation that says when you ordered the reward etc so you have proof should they query it.0 -
Thanks Rachie B!
I have just ordered the voucher. Do yours normally come within 14 days?
Fingers crossed I have no problems.0 -
I've never had a problem with them either.0

Reckon I'm going to close the account once I get paid...2p off is still 2p off!0 -
If my missing points had been awarded or sorted out I could and would have cashed out for an Amazon voucher. Can't now with this massive points devaluation, even if I did get my points (which given no response to any emails seems unlikely). All the good work last year by Stuart Roome has been destroyed. I can't believe ipoints think their membership will put up with being treated like this and stay loyal. But sadly enough probably will and keeping earning revenue for this disgrace of a company.0

i think this is absolutely disgusting
im still due 1400 ipoints for offers I completed last year which should have been paid last year and these should have been paid up amazon vouchers ages ago but for their customer inefficency
I completed these offers at times when vouchers cost a certain points level and wouldn't have done so otherwise - I suggest everyone email spams everyone who works at ipoints to get this resolved0 -
Once I get the points I am owed I am finished with ipoints, first they have taken months to start crediting points (I have received 1,270 this week but still owed over 2,000), then they massively increase the cost of vouchers. They used to be excellent but things have deteriorated so much in the past few months it is no longer worth the trouble...
They have also credited me 270 points for River Belle Bingo, when at the time I signed up the reward was 350 points, so coupled with the devaluation of points I have been hit twice!0
