I'm still waiting for a dvd I ordered with my ipoints on 15/12/06 , I've sent numerous emails and I also phoned ipoints and the company the dvd was coming from, no joy what so ever. I've also been doing surveys but had no Ipoints credited and I've been doing these for months as soon as my Dvd shows up I'll be cancelling with ipoints and sticking with 'the Irish site'.December 2011 Sesky Watch, strimmer, tv, hoover & steam cleaner. March 2012 Straw dogs blueray film.0

I think they are going downhill completely, they have previously been really good until about october i found. I have earned about 11,000 ipoints and been paid £600 in amazon vouchers but im now owed over 2500 ipoints and am awaiting £80 in amazon vouchersd which i ordered on boxing day
In one case I am still awaiting 650 points from October for one gambling company 21.com (a subsid of 888.com) who they say have not paid up, I wouldn't mind so much if they hadn't recently starting using 888.com as well as a referral link on the site
I got an email from a customer advisor last week saying they apologised for the delay in my vouchers but they are out of stock with their supplier. As I had ordered electronic amazon vouchers I responded with a link to the amazon gift vouchers which clearly showed theres no problem at amazons end, however I have not had a reply from ipoints yet.
I suspect they are about to go bust and I will be about £200 worth of amazon vouchers never paid up :sad:0 -
appears Stephen Pratley has left ipoints and has been replaced by Roz Brown
rbrown@ipoints.co.uk
also tom robertson seems to be dealing with one of my current queries

Still nothing from emailing feedback@ipoints.co.uk. Tried Matthew Siddall yesterday but nothing, now trying Tom Robertson...0

Stephen Pratley and Stuart Roome have both left, no doubt others on the list have left also. What a high turnover of staff!!
Anyone tried emailing postmaster@ipoints.co.uk with an ambiguous subject line, putting a return receipt on it and harvesting the emails of anyone who reads it? Just a suggestion.....0 -
I sent an email yesterday bcc to every single person on the list, plus feedback address, tom robertson etc which seemed to do the trick - I got a reply from Tom and actually got 650 ipoints credited for an october support ticket today, 21.com, finally, I had signed up in september lol - I have now ordered another £30 amazon vouchers
Tom Robertson also said my £80 amazon vouchers ordered boxing day would arrive by the end of the week, but suprise, suprise they haven't, so im now waiting on £110s worth, fingers crossed maybe they are getting it sorted now0 -

Thanks mrmuesli - I'll give that a try. Getting very frustrated now at the lack of response. I want to get £200 of Amazon vouchers with the points for a sat-nav, which has gone up £20 while I have been waiting for the points to come through!0
