I'm waiting on over 4,000 - none of the gambling transactions are appearing automatically lately, having to contact ipoints each time. I'm still waiting for a response to support requests from 20 Dec and 9 Jan....
  • i joined ipoints and registered with jackpot joy wagered and deposited £10 for 350 points and did exactly the same with totesport. So i effectively spent £20 for 700 points which i traded for a £25 dixons voucher which cost 510 points so i had 190 points left over. Also you are not certain to loose the money gambling on the sites so you might make a nice profit.

If anyone wants to join please use my refer a friend link. You get 200 ponits everytime you refer a friend and they make over 500 points:

A little known page on the ipioints site for more free offers is the 'advertising page'. some of these adverts give you a free ipoints for clicking on them.

I've been doing the High Street Web click through daily for months now, but the last time I had any points credited for this was 13/12/06. Anyone else still gettting points for this?

    Thanks Ruth

I'm still waiting for 370 ipoints for a click through from November. My claim done on 9th January is still showing as "Queued".

I've only ever done 3 click throughs here, one went through ok after 28 days, and the two others had to be chased (one succesful so far). A shambles - I'm not going to bother with this lot again - too much bother for the return.
  • I have the same problem, I have items "queued" from december last year, I did email previous to this with another problem when I had ipoints missing, this was rectified within a couple of days.

I bet that because of the christmas rush, alot of people will be logging for ipoints, guess I am just in a queue of many others then, at least I am not alone.
  • I finally got my reward today, that I had been waiting for since Oct  Emailed them plenty of times and no reply.

Think now ive got my reward, Im gonna close my account, they really arent worth the time and bother.

I have got a query from 9th January also showing as "queued", in the meantime 3 more transactions have passed the 30-day mark, and, perhaps unsurprisingly, no ipoints credited, so have added to the original request details of the other transactions and requested a response as soon as possible. I am also going to directly email all the details to feedback@ipoints.co.uk to see if it has more of a chance of being looked at.

I am now owed nearly £200 worth of ipoints and am getting more and more frustrated with points not being credited to my account automatically (as they used to be in the majority of cases) and their failure to respond. I have been using ipoints since 2000 and have earned 15,000 points since then, but think I will switch to another site after all the recent problems...

It's worth opening emails from them as a lot of the time they include click thrus to get more free points.

I tried that too and got an immediate response:

"It appears S***** R**** was dealing with your request. He has no longer with ipoints (sic). I will try to resolve these points as quickly as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I will need to forward on this information, it may take a few days for a response."

    Thanks.
