I'd agree with the last couple of posts. It all seems very badly run from an outsiders point of view.
I don't understand how quidco can manage to track 90% of transactions within a couple of days whereas with ipoints it seems you need to chase them for a couple of months before they add it. Perhaps they don't have the system to do it but it is very frustrating.
It's only a little thing but I've signed up to lots of newsletters and click on HSW but got no points. Persumably ipoints have got paid for this but haven't distributed the points. A small thing but makes you lose faith.0 -
The points seem to be randomly added to my account - some I get the same day, others I have to wait weeks for.
As far as I can see, however, I do get all the points - and I have now claimed my third 'reward' (the Life on Mars Series 1 DVD box set!) - and that is purely from filling in forms and completing surveys!

well, as its mostly negative on here, i thought i'd just add that i have never had a problem receiving my points for anything, rewards arrived in a timely manner an i have no problems with ipoints!0

Is anyone else having problems getting Ipoints credited for GfK surveys? I've done lots of surveys over the past few months but I don't seem to be awarded the points. I can't cross check as they don't provide a unique ID when crediting my account. I sent an email to support a couple of months ago but nothing has happened since.

Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0 -
I now have enough ipoints for a cd101 voucher... Do these vouchers have to be spent on CDs, or could I buy a game or something else off the site????0
