Did anyone get survey points at the weekend (too many) which were reversed? I did, 3500 instead of 350, but cashed in this weekend for £30 Debenhams Voucher thinking the points were legit (as I am owed over £120 from them for unpaid transactions), once they did the reverse my balance was -3050 ipoints.

I received an email to say that there had been an error and that my balance showed more points than I should have had at the weekend and they had corrected it yesterday, but today they have refunded all the negative balance points to take them back to zero.

In addition, the £30 voucher I ordered on saturday has turned up. It seems they are getting some things right but paying up on points from bingo/casino sites etc is a disaster - I emailed last week copied to all addresses I know at ipoints - still no response (apart from 2 autoreplies - Hugh Evans and Stephen Pratley have left)

MarcD submit a support ticket and ring constantly, took a while but worked for me in the end.

Also people if you want to order multiple vouchers you only pay the extra 800 points charge once and so any subsequent vouchers work out at 7500 however it doesn't work this out when ordering online, I just rung and ordered it over the phone. HTH.

I suppose we could help keep each other up to date. Foxy Bingo points arrived last week at 62 days. Bingo Friends points not here yet, 35 points and counting. Have got the 'we're waiting for the file' auto-reply. Will chase again on Monday. Just want to order some Leisure vouchers and run!

Did anyone receive a bonus email from The Independent Wine Club? Supposed to get 10 points for clicking but nothing has been added to my account. I'm wondering if it's just me?

I got that one, can't remember if the points went through ok. But that wasn't just a click through. There was a little survery on english to do. Possibly why you haven't got the points

Hi, can I ask for some advice, did the Blockbuster free trial and cancelled immediately via email without any problem and received the ipoints. Am now looking at Ancestry and Lovefilm free trials however as these have to be cancelled by phone I'm a little wary. Has anyone had any problems with these? Also how do I access the 'advertising page' on the ipoints site, currently I'm having to click through the link in this forum. Any advice appreciated.

    Am now looking at Lovefilm.

Hi, I originally signed up with Lovefilm about 6 months ago and never had a problem (1 scratched disc out of many rentals). I cancelled easily by phone, I just said that I was going elsewhere to a cheaper package. Everything was fine. My fiancee has now taken on a three month free trial with them (as you can only ever have one free trial per person) and it's been great so far. I know that some people have experienced problems, but I'm not one of them. Hope that helps!;)
