A final plea. Please don’t continue to use or endorse Ipoints at the moment. Take yourself off the mailing list or cash out and actively close your account so you’re off the membership figures they tout for marketing. They really need to be taught that there is no reward for incompetence and lack of integrity.[/QUOTE]

Can someone tell me how the the surveys.com points shows up on the Ipoints statement please? I regualry fill in the Camelot surveys (and mostly get the points), but can't see any points for other surveys. When I check Surveys.com, plenty of surveys have been completed, but I cannot check how many points I should have had.

    Thanks

I usually save any emails for surveys in a special folder then I know how many points should be allocated.

Has anyone ever ordered the Sendit.com vouchers? If so, are they promotional vouchers with lots of T&C and restrictions or are they normal E-vouchers that I could buy from Sendit.com?

As I understand it these are e-vouchers. A lot of people redeemed their points for these soon after the increases, and have had their order confirmed. But has anyone actually received the vouchers? And has anyone else found they're details have been subscribed to Sendit's newsletter? Faint alarm bells ringing again.

UPDATE: It turns out that you don't get a voucher. Instead Sendit credit the funds to an account set up using your registered Ipoints email. You need to go to Sendit.com, enter your email and request your password. Once you've got that you can log in and the funds should be available.

Ipoints don't tell you any of this?!
  • When you order Amazon vouchers from ipoints it says that you can only get books, is this true? Are they just locked to books or can you put them towards video games etc?
  • all of my previous support tickets have at last been sorted and they replied back to them with the following
Apologies for the delay. I have just taken over as Customer Services Manager after the position being vacant for some time. I will be addressing all the queries in the next week or so and after that, everything should be back to smooth running as it was before.

Your points have now been added,

  • Rung up AGAIN about outstanding points and been told they have been sent to the merchants and to call back again in a few days for an update it I haven't heard anything.
2p off is still 2p off!
  • I only ever do the click throughs on the junk emails and the surveys but I've still earned enough for a couple of books which have arrived quickly. There is one survey company I avoid now as they NEVER credit the points for them EVER even after I have completed there long and VERY boring surveys
