Even if you started using the phone you can still return it if you keep original packaging.

Thats all they can ask if you decline to pay more and want to return it.

LOL nah if i get the phone i get the phone, If i don't then it's no big thing.
  • My phones were paid on CC and the right amount was taken from my bank so they can whistle if they expect me to pay anymore. Plus they do not have my phone number so not sure how they would phone me anyway.
  • Just had my call from Grattan stating the same. The advisor told me that no one would be getting or has got the phone for £99.00

I have argued my case on a technical point and the CS guy is getting back to me shortly. He needs to check what I was told by the member of staff I ordered with.

They also said that the calls to customers has only just started today and they will be in touch with each and every one of the customers who placed an order.

Grattans/Freemans probably have a case to charge you the extra £20 if you used the discount voucher as it quite clearly states in their T&Cs that discounts do not apply to mobile phones.

Do you have any proof that the phone was offered to you at the lower price?

coz i can't see how they can up the price once you have received the phone and activated it....(seeing as they don't accept returns on activated phones..I think!)

I set up an account on the phone and the packing slip says £80 on terms of £4/week for 20 weeks or something like that (don't have it with me). I assumed I'd receive a separate invoice with payment instructions.
