Grattan catalogue printing error - E900 pink bargain!!!

Sounds like they are making it up as they go along. How can they be out of stock and not getting anymore as some have said or in some cases taking weeks, when its a new phone.

Dont hold your breath on them getting stock, ive been waiting for stock for a pair of boots i ordered on 2/9, everyweek its stock is expected next week

Yippee!!! E900 turned up, rather more red than I was hoping, but DD should still love it £99.99 No Discount.

I also put an order in at Freemans (£80) but no sign of that, or even a welcome pack - I'll probably give them a ring to enquire but don't really care now, I only wanted the one anyway ... but if I can get it for £20 cheaper then all the better!!!!

I don't think anyone who never got a phone can complain as it is usual for catalogue items to go out of stock, it happens all the time.

I got my phone ok and grattans have opened a new account for me. I have just checked it on line and it's showing £99.99 but then at the bottom it says "*This amount is subject to status, please contact us for further information"

Has anyone else had this or knows what this is about?

I'm wondering whether to just forget about trying to get the new ac discount and pay the whole amount off with a card.

Just got a phone call from grattan customer services. I am royally annoyed as I ordered mine early on wednesday morning but account took a while to go through their system to be setup so didnt get despatched before they went out of stock. anyway, ive just been told that they have just realised it's a misprice (even though at the time of the phone call they knew it was a misprice but still told me they would honour the deal!) and I can have the phone still for £149.99 or take the e370 as a refund. So if you haven't received your phone yet, think theres little chance of getting one at the £99 or £80 price

On the subject of the unlocker - has anybody got one yet - would be great to circulate it around the group - with one person receiving, unlocking and then posting on to the next one. Given postal delays should get through around 10 people a month so maybe we need a few of them going.

From a payment perspective, maybe we could all donate, say £2 - £5 to Martin's charity?


I know it would cost the first person a tenner which is why I asked if anybody has already got it as they have already made that financial commitment and now have the opportunity to raise money for charity!!

I have a feeling that there will be quite a few of those phone calls being made over the next few days.

just checked my order status online and it stills says "awaiting stock" - so not cancelled yet - this was updated last nite it says.
