Cancelling your order without notifying you is wrong, but it looks like it's what we can all expect unfortunately...oh well never mind..nothing ventured, nothing gained

If it's the Autumn/Winter 06 catalogue that you have got, then it won't be in there

Just phoned up to check when I can expect delivery, told the item is sold out, not getting anymore, BUT can have the pink phone with the accessory set for the special price of £149.00 quid, I told them that it was promised for early Dec. when I rang up, she said they had just had a memo about 'the phone' so I suspect this is there way of getting out of honouring the deal originally promised.

Does this stand up, legal wise I mean?

Ordered one online last friday creating new account, said stock in 8 days, couldn't log into account over weekend, rang today and because I had an old account(i had forgotten about that!) computer has cancelled order, and lady told me stock number showing at £149.99.:mad:

I have just phoned Grattan, i told the girl i did'nt have an account number yet, so she asked name, address etc, she said"is it the e900 pink?" i said, yes, when will i get it? Will i get it for xmas? She said, "no you definitley won't get it for xmas, as stocks are coming in for the 23rd now", i said, so will i get them then?( i ordered two,well, in mum's name) She said yes, and the prices are £80 each.
