I never got a letter, I checked my order status online and the original order was cancelled, i phoned and they said i could only order it with the accessory kit, i had a discount code so it worked out at £119.99 with the kit.The kit didnt arrive with the phone so i phoned and asked if they would knock the price of the accessory kit of as i wasn't that bothered about it and the agreed to do this, sorry i do not know who i spoke to.0

Hi, how much did they knock off for the kit? so did you end up paying £80 in the end then?
