I Got my one for £149.99 but as they said on the phone call they would throw in £50 worth of accessories.
And as they stated everything cam about 3 days ago.
I returned the accessories and it has take the £50 off of my bill, so still ended up with the e900 for £100.

I contacted CS today and the woman was very rude, she told me to p***s off and put the phone down.
I'm disgusted with freeman's and how they have treated me over this problem, after being a loyal and trusted customer for over 10 years freeman's will force me into taking court action, then they can go stuff their catalogue. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. this is a strange one........I recieved the extra pack the other week, charged 24.99 each for them (3). Sent them straight back. 2 days later I get a letter about the phones being out of stock. Then yesterday they turned up and have been invoiced £99.99 each for them.
Was going to send them back, but thought I would see how ebay faired with them.......sold one for £177 & one for £167! gonna give my other half the other one and pocket the profit!
Ended up being an ok deal in the end, for me anyway.0 -
Ordered mine through Freemans and was delivered yesterday. The problem is I ordered the phone at £99.99 (minus 20% new customer discount), and my on-line account management says I owe £119.99?? Just rang customer services and they said to forward the email (which may take a few days for them to reply) but that I cant return the phone if I break the seal, so I'm pretty much stuck as I cant give the phone as a present anymore. Really annoyed with them:mad:0

You CAN return it if you have broken the seal....Their T&Cs don't even mention the seal
Non-Returnable once installed or connected. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Just wanted to say that my daughter bought one today from the O2 shop in town for £109.99
It was £129.99 but she took in an old Nokia 3110 and they deducted £20 off the bill.
Now she's after selling her Motorola V5 hot pink phone.

You won't get anywhere in suing Freemans, They will have water ight T&Cs to cover misprices etc.
If it were possible to sue over things like this, then Argos would have gone out of business ages ago over their TV Misprice.0
