Grattan catalogue printing error - E900 pink bargain!!!

I received a letter from freemans this morning..They said they have ran out of stock but will send my order as soon as they can..
Then it says" Samsung e900 pink delay amount £99.99"
Then I received the Accessory pack this morning too...
Will I get it for £99.99 as per there letter??

no luck on this grattens will not budge ,as far as they are concerned they dont care .

thhey will only sell the phone at 149.99 take it or leave it attitude

ordered 2 got 1 - opened an account 1 hr after thread started however its now only charged me 64.99 for the 1st phone all paid off now

I asked a gentleman today who works in a mobile shop about the E900 and the miss print error that freemans had made.
He told me that if i printed the order out when i ordered these E900 then freemans should honour the order,if they don't then u can take it all the way to court and freemans haven't got a leg to stand on.

Well i don't have a copy of the order but when i came home from an appointment today i had a letter from freemans with the copy of my order on the letter...thanx freemans.

I ordered 5 x E900 on 25/11/06 but haven't received them yet so i contacted freemans about these phones and explained why i haven't received them as yet or why they hadn't sent out an alternative phone if this the pink one was out of stock.
I explained to the CS lady that the E900 is the same phone but in black,so why hasn't freemans sent me this phone as an alternative instead,she said that an alternative had to be agreed by another department,but i was having none of this which,then replied...is the black one in stock,i said hold on i will find out and order it on your site.
When i explain to her that it was in stock,she then told me that it wasn't up to her and she would put me through to the right department if i wanted,she tried to transfered me but i couldn't get through as it was engaged so i passed my phone number over to her and i am awaiting for them to contact me tonight.

Freemans didn't phone me last night so i will contact them in the morning.

got a letter today declining my account saying they reserve the right and that I would not be shopping with them let alone get a phone!! Oh well it was too good to be true!! xxx

I phoned CS today about these E900 pink phones and spoke to a female called linda,she said that they weren't getting anymore of these phones in but i could have the E900 pink+acc pk for £150....what's she on about it the same phone.
I explained to her she could send me the E900 pink phones our to me for £80 each as i ordered five(5)...no i can't she said because it has an acc pk it would be priced at £150,i replied...yes i know and i have a letter from freemans stating that i can have these E900 + acc pk for £80 each.
She asked me what date was on the letter,i said 26/11/06,then she said,ok i'll have them delivered to you straight away...i hope so.
Watch this space and i'll let u all know when i get them.
