Still haven't heard anything - as I paid by card I don't have an account which I can log into. What should I do? They haven't taken any money yet.

So i'm now doing the , "if that's the case why are you still selling it ane delivery expected in 12 days, and its my new spring/summer catalogue received on friday!!"

mattarmy i did same as you got same email, i heard nothing yet, but it says allow 8 working days through freemans, i ordered mine last fri, w/e aint classed as working days, so im hoping wed or thurs, i suppose i bet to check my card statement as well

I rang Grattan today after ordering last week, and was advised that the order had been cancelled-no letter/email/phone call.She advised that there was aprinting error & that i would not be receiving phone.

As i believe it-please correct me if i am wrong.
If they have sent a letter/email confirming the order, a contract has been made between them & your selves, and they should really honour the order & price.If they say they won't, maybe they can meet half way-out of goodwill!!!!

No contract is formed until money has been exchanged or you have had the phone and not returned it within the permitted time.

Their "Goodwill" gesture is "To hike the cost of the phone and throw in an accessory pack for free!"

Got the following from Grattan this morning:

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately, the order has been cancelled due to a printing error, the phone was showing the wrong catalogue number and price. This means that we are unable to supply the phone at £99.99.

We can however, supply the pink E900, plus blue tooth headset, car charger, case and charm at £49.99 at a special price of £149.99.


Anyway thanks to the OP it was worth a shot :T

Logged on to internet account today and there is two more orders now showing.

1 - of Samsung e900 - £124.99!!!

Whats that all about??

checked my account last night and same thing also showing accessory pack £24.99 this is after cancelling the order at £99.99

I just got a letter from freemans saying they will have further supplies of the phone in the next few days. They are holding my order and ensures that it receives priority attention. Letter was dated 24/11/06 and the item was still £80.
Has anyone else had this letter?

Maybe so many has cancelled they have changed their minds

Got the same letter from Freemans, mines date 23/11.
Whats the betting we still get a letter later on saying they are unable to get more stock at that price.

But when i phoned them today I was told stock is due in on the 8th dec.
