I don't understand how they can cancel these orders when they are still available to order on their website, they have put the original price back on but how can they say they are out of stock, when clearly they are not!!!

I ordered with both Freemans and Grattan and as yet haven't had any cancellation notice...i daren't check online, ignorance is bliss and all that...I received the catalogues from both companies, but as yet no phones!!!!

They ARE out of stock, if you look online it says something like Delivery in 12 days...which means "This item is temporarily out of stock. More supplies are expected and should reach you within 12 days."


I phoned today to check on my order as it still says Awaiting Stock, and was told that mine had been reserved.

How incompetent can Grattan be??
After a good few emails back and forth I was told mines was cancelled but I could have the phone at £149.99, to which I wrote back something to the effect of 'why is it out of stock at £79.99 but I can have it for £150??
So they wrote back saying yeh ok we have re-ordered it for you but we dont know when you will get it.

Logged on to internet account today and there is two more orders now showing.

1 - of Samsung e900 - £124.99!!!

Just phoned and cancelled. This is shocking customer service from them.
Lady was very abrupt with me when I said I wanted to cancel order and close my account, as if I was being unreasonable or something!
