Grattan catalogue printing error - E900 pink bargain!!!

I ordered 1 from freemans too on friday noon, paid by credit card.

After reading the negative posts over the weekend I then called them up on Monday noon to confirm my order and the lady actually confirmed and repeated the order out to me she never said anything about them not being sent out

anyway i managed to get my account number/tracking number from her and then attempted to go online to check it-for some reason wouldn't let me so i sent an email contacting customer services stating that i'm having troubles with signing up to the online tracking service. They emailed me back 2 days later stating

the ' my account ' facility is only accessible for customers who run a Agency account.

I emailed them straight back just asking them to confirm my order and i've yet to hear from them.

I'm not holding my breath.

For all those that were lucky enough to recieve the phone, was it with freemans or with grattan?
did you pay by credit card or account? and also when did you make the order?

hopefully it makes it clearer for people to know what's going on and with which catalogue etc...

I ordered from Grattans,on the phone,2 hours after thread began...recieved phone next day )last Thursday) as I agreed to take out a cover plan (which I will cancel )

It was ordered over the phone 2 hours after the OP was up (8am weds) I didnt give a phone number or email address so maybe they couldnt be bothered to chase me up?

Anyway, thanks OP, i think you alone possibly have created one of the biggest stirs ive seen on here since becoming a member! I doubt Grattan expected the demand created.

I guess I was one of the lucky ones to get the phone.

I have bought an unlocking clip from ebay - worked perfectly and so easily. Just switch the phone off, insert the clip in the side of the phone and then switch back on. My phone now works perfectly with my Vodafone contract and with my wife's Orange PAYG. It took me longer to get the clip out of the packaging then it was to use !!

Anyone interested in buying from me?? It cost me £10 - so is £8 a fair price?? You can pay me by paypal if you want (so you have protection) or I am happy to meet you in you live by Llandudno in North Wales.

PM me if interested - will send out first class and I am sure you will be able to pass on again - will probably in the end just cost you the price of an envelope and stamp after !
