Got a letter today saying my order has been cancelled and they cannot accept me as a customer so not apply or place another order!!!

I received the cancellation letter the very next day after the one telling me it was reserved with 0 days.

I got my cancellation letter today, so i'm gonna give them a ring and see if they offer me the £150 then i'm going to say why have you no stock but still trying to push the !!!!!! gift set

Got my out of stock letter yesterday follwed by my cancelled order letter today.

Strange when my order cofirmation says stock reserved! Oh well, may fire off a letter to check no credit check has been done for a non-fulfilled order on their part.

I must have been one of the lucky ones - got the phone within 3 days of ordering - was told it would cost me £80 - £100 less 20% discount for being a new customer - got my bill today and its £64.99 - they've obviously knocked another 20% off the £80 - one happy lady. My first bargain I usually miss the others.

Haven't got my five E900 pinkies yet,but i will get them trust me.
Freeman's told me on 12/12/06 that they had these phones in stock but they would be £149.99,i told them to send to phones and CS said they would dispatch it that day,i said i want five (5),then CS told me i will have to ring u back as my computer as gone down....thats a coincidence.
When CS rang me back they said their policy is only two (2) phones per customer....how come i can order Five (5) online then,they couldn't give me a reasonable answer.
I've had enough of freeman's lying to me....I've sent them a letter today with a copy of my order,which freeman's state they will grant me the phones when they come in stock.
I have also given them a week to deliver the phones,if they don't then i will sue them in the small claims court.

I ordered this phone ages ago, but I have heard nothing!!

I did receive a note that I had a delivery to be signed for, but assumed as out of stock that this was just the cat etc that app you have to sign for, but, this must be 2/3 weeks ago and no other communication!!

I thought this would make a great chrissie pressie for my 12 year odl!!

They did have these phones come into stock on Tuesday, My friend had one on order and enquired about expected delivery on Monday Morning, she was told that they were expecting delivery on Tuesday but they were all allocated to priority orders and they couldn't tell her if hers was one of the priorities. Her phone was delivered yesterday, so she was obviously one of the priorities

I've received mine yesterday. Didn't think they were coming though so I've already bought alternative presents!!

Any idea how i pay for these?
