Nope nothing else to do on the keyboard

Just go into windows paint (or something else like it) and click edit then paste

where as before, it was almost the same but said 'E900 PINK+ACC PK'

You can also press PrtScn then open a new Word document and just right click anywhere on it and press paste.

(Took me ages to suss that out, lol.)

Just an FYI - if you are phoning up, let them know you paid via credit / debit card - the reason they are saying they can't find your account is because you don't have an account as such if you paid via c/debit card.

Guys I don't think anybody who ordered on 24/11 onwards will get theres until they come back in stock which I have been told is the 3rd December
