Originally I was told 7-9 days delivery when I ordered on 24/11. This was an online order with Grattan but I phoned a few days later as I didn't receive email confirmation (still haven't!).

:eek: After being told mine would be delivered 1st week of December (ORdered over the telephone 23rd I think) - I've just called them for an update, delivery is now December 20th :eek:

Today received welcome pack and a small size catalogue, with a black sofa on the back page instead of pink e900 as original, without having both catalogues to hand the only other difference i noticed was on the front cover where it says 1 year intrest free credit, i think the original said 'one' mine says '1'

No sign of phone, checked online

As previously posted... I did not originally get the discount but emailed complaint stating that I never wanted the phone without the new customer discount.

Logged on today and my account now shows a balance due of £81.01.

I have no idea how they got to this figure from £99.99 - but close enough for me

The only problem now is that the phone described as "pink" is not the right shade for the daughter so the wife is getting it and I now have to find another pink phone - this is going to cost me a small fortune - but still an excellent post OP

I tried to order another for my sister but it comes up out of stock, so i put the order through anyway but according to my account its been cancelled.

I thought they had printed a new front/back cover or something to stop people ordering
