screen grab the confirmation email (prt Sc on your keyboard) and paste it into windows paint, save it and then send it with your query as an attachment0 -
looks like i have missed out phoned up to order and she said they aren't stocking and will never get anymore in0

I can't see how they will never have more stock in as it is a new addition to the catalogue...It may be that they are clearing the orders that they already have before they accept new orders.0 -
Ive just checked my order online and it says "awaiting stock" now, whereas it said it would be despatched shortly when i placed the order???
So I can only hope it does turn up soon. I have emailed them to see what they say when I can expect it?0 -

I had no trouble whatsoever getting 2 phones, 1 for me & 1 for my daughter:j0 -
I've got mine without any trouble from Grattan, I placed order over phone with Grattan.
I'm still waiting for the other one from Freemans, but not sure if I will get it as I received a parcel for a welcome pack from Freemans this morning without the phone. I ordered with Freemans on Friday, and they confirmed I'd get it on 3rd Dec when I rang them yesterday. Just wait and see.Titch0 -
In My account it states:
65C4353 E900 PINK 1 £99.99 Awaiting Stock
where as before, it was almost the same but said 'E900 PINK+ACC PK' so that has been updated. Entering order code 65C4353 in the quick order option now returns a price of £149.99 so I suspect if the price hasn't changed in your online account you should still get the phone(s) at £99.99.
I know if they don't honour these I will be closing my catalogue account with them. I saw some nice clothes in there last year, ordered them but they never turned up. There excuse was they were lost in transit and had no more in-stock so couldn't re-send, sent me a bill for the goods which I paid immediately as I didn't want them damaging my credit file. It took them 2 months to correct the account for missing goods and then I ended up in credit on my account!. Later ordered a pair of jeans out of there and these arrived eventually but took over a month.
I have had much better experiences with other catalogues.0 -

How do you do this when i press my prt sc button it does nothing.Do you have to do anything else,ie press any other buttons.CheersI have 5 Nationwide referrals available. If you want £100 for switching to Nationwide PM me:beer:0
