I have just rang Grattan customer service to be told that even though I ordered my phone last Wednesday and was told it would be with me in 3-5 days as it was in stock, that they now do not have any and will not be getting another delivery until December 25th or afterwards.
I'm not a happy bunny as my friends daughter is expecting this for xmas but they are making sure people will have to buy one elsewhere to have them in time for xmas. The date of the 25th is only an expected date and it could be after the new year that they get them.
